Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behaviour that involves Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Sharing, uploading, or linking to CSAE material.
  • Grooming, predatory behaviour, or solicitation of minors.
  • Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the abuse or exploitation of children.
Violations of this policy will result in:
  • Immediate removal of the content.
  • Permanent suspension or banning of the user account.
  • Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent organizations.

Detection and Moderation

We implement the following to detect and prevent CSAE:
  • Automated content scanning tools for detecting known CSAE material (e.g. using technologies like Google's CSAI Match or Microsoft PhotoDNA).
  • User reporting tools within the app to flag abusive content or users.
  • Manual moderation and review teams trained to identify CSAE-related violations.

Reporting CSAE Content

If you encounter any content or behaviour you believe may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation:
  • Report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature.
  • Or contact us directly
We will investigate all reports promptly and cooperate with law enforcement as required.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We fully comply with all local, national, and international laws regarding CSAE, including obligations to:
  • Preserve evidence securely and confidentially.
  • Report incidents to the relevant authorities without delay.
  • Cooperate with requests for investigation, data disclosure, and content takedowns.

Education and Awareness

We actively promote awareness around online child safety. Where applicable, we offer:
  • Safety tips and guidelines for users (especially minors and their guardians).
  • Resources from organizations like NCMEC, INHOPE, or ECPAT International.

Enforcement

Accounts found violating this policy will be terminated without notice. Content will be removed, and reports will be sent to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to deny access to the app or its services to anyone found in violation of this or related policies.

Our app and company maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The possession, distribution, or promotion of CSAM is illegal and strictly prohibited on our platform under any circumstances.

Detection & Prevention

To protect users and prevent the spread of CSAM, we actively implement:
  • Automated detection technologies (such as hash-matching against known CSAM databases usig tools like PhotoDNA or CSAI Match).
  • Manual moderation and content review processes to catch and remove flagged contnt.
  • User reporting mechanisms to allow immediate reporting of suspected abuse.
  • Access controls and monitoring to prevent unauthorized or suspicious content sharing.

Response & Enforcement

If CSAM is detected or reported:
  • The content is immediately removed from our systems.
  • The associated user account is suspended or permanently banned.
  • The incident is reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent organizations.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection agencies as required by law.

User Education & Safety

Where applicable, we provide:
  • Safety guidelines for users, particularly minors and guardians.
  • Links to support organizations that combat online child exploitation.
